eMediCall Solutions LLC was established to streamline communication between health care providers and nursing home personnel. We provide a cost-effective, innovative alternative to the traditional answering service. The founders of eMediCall include health care providers who have experienced first-hand the obstacles to effective communication, and are committed to improving healthcare services through better communication.

Mel P. Daly, MD, CMD, AGSF

Mel Daly MD is a board-certified Geriatrician and Certified Medical Director. He is a graduate of the University of Dublin, Trinity College. He did his residency at the University of Maryland Hospital, and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Maryland Hospital and the University of South Manchester, England. He is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine.

He is a Fellow of the American Geriatrics Society and received the Physician's Recognition Award from the American Geriatrics Society. He was voted among "Baltimore's Top Physicians" on three occasions.

He is Medical Director of a number of Sub-acute units, Continuing Care Retirement Communities, and Nursing Homes in the Baltimore area.

Kathy L. Dai, CRNP, MSN

Kathy Dai graduated with her BSN from the school of nursing at Bradley University in Peoria, IL in 1999 and completed her graduate studies at the University of Maryland specializing in family medicine in 2004. She has been working as a nurse practitioner for the past 20 years mostly in the sub-acute and long term care settings. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Alan H. Davis, CTO

Alan has over 34 years of professional experience in all aspects of software engineering including web and database development, and UNIX network administration. Graduated from University of Maryland in 1992 with BS in Computer Science. Alan has developed software solutions for internet startups, Fortune 500 companies, and the Department of Defense.
